a. Webshop (Drupal 11)
When you shop in our webshop or create a customer account, we process personal data such as:

- Invoicing and delivery address
- E-mail address
- Telephone number (optional)
- Payment information (depending on payment method)

This data is required to fulfill the contract and process the order. The data will not be passed on to third parties, except for payment processing or delivery (e.g. to payment service providers or shipping service providers).
b. Contact forms
If you contact us using the form, we will store your details to process the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.
c. Newsletter (via Drupal 11 + Amazon SNS)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be stored in order to send you regular information about our offers. The technical delivery takes place via Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS).
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your data for the newsletter at any time - either by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending us an email.
d. Server log files
When you visit our website, the server automatically stores information such as:

This data is used for technical security and to analyze errors and is deleted after 30 days at the latest.
4. Web analysis with Plausible
Our website uses Plausible Analytics, a data protection-friendly open source web analysis. Plausible does not use cookies at all and does not store any personal data. The data processing takes place on servers at BURN-IN, located in Austria.
The following is recorded:

- No tracking across multiple pages or sessions
