To maintain the quality and longevity of your product, we recommend proper storage at room temperature. Extreme temperatures - especially cold - can damage the paint surface and cause cracks, for example.
Make sure that painted surfaces do not come into direct contact with other materials (such as paper or plastic packaging). Despite sealing, the surfaces could stick together and be difficult - or impossible - to separate without damage.
For transportation and storage, please only use the special packaging supplied. This provides optimum protection for your artwork against pressure marks and mechanical influences.
It is best to store paintings upright and only loosely leaned against each other to avoid damage. Please avoid stacking several works and placing heavy objects on the paintings.

Notes on packaging material
In line with reARTivated's philosophy, we take care to reuse as much packaging material as possible - for the sake of the environment. We therefore ask for your understanding if the packaging shows signs of use or may not look completely new. By reusing, we help to reduce waste and promote a sustainable circular economy. Every parcel is packed by hand with great care and love - regardless of whether the material is new or reused.
